Duration: Two days

• Legislation affecting inspection and testing
• Selecting and using appropriate test equipment
• Instrument accuracy
• Testing procedures as required by BS 7671
• Practical demonstrations with ‘hands-on’ sessions for both ‘dead’ and ‘live’ testing
• Verification and certification

Candidates should hold a C&G 2381 qualification or equivalent and be competent in the installation of domestic electrical installations in accordance with BS 7671
