The cost of attending a Part P course is £600.00 + VAT.

NICEIC membership costs around £400.00 for the first year, and approximately £200.00 per year after.

Over a 5 year period, having your own Part P qualification will cost you approximately £1800.00 .

It is perceived from statistics, that the average domestic installer carries out an average of 60 jobs per year which require some Part P certification.

It is averaged out that each of these tasks will cost approximately £98.00 each, in terms of chargeability to a Part P registered electrician.

This brings with it an annual fee of approximately £5880.00.

Over a 5 year period, buying in your electrical certification will cost you approximately £29,400.00
